MediaSyncerCAM is a software-as-a-service platform for media playlist management, catalog synchronization, metadata organization, and API access. You are responsible for configuring only media sources you are licensed to use.

We provide account management, sync tooling, and billing. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party license terms.

Your website login is separate from API or integration credentials issued for connected systems. Keep both secure and respect connection limits on your plan.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply where required.

Do not resell access except through an authorized reseller account. Do not circumvent device limits, abuse the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Digital services may change, be interrupted, or require maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may connect third-party systems through our API or documented integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how you configure them.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months for claims relating to the service.
